Services

Design, installation, storage and the servicing that keeps it all producing.

Six areas of work, all carried out to the same standard: measured on site, specified in writing, commissioned properly and handed over with documentation.

What we do

Six things we do

Whether it is a first system, a battery retrofit or a fault on someone else's install, the process starts the same way — on the roof, at the board, with a meter.

Home solar

Grid-connected rooftop systems for houses, units and holiday properties. We work across tile, Colorbond and older corrugated roofs, and we say so up front when a roof needs attention before panels go on it.

  • Roof plane, pitch and shading assessment
  • String design, inverter sizing and isolation
  • Switchboard upgrade where the board needs it

Commercial & farm solar

Systems for sheds, workshops, packing rooms, dairies and small business premises, where the point is to cover a daytime load rather than to export. Three-phase inverters and tilt frames on low-pitch roofs are routine work.

  • Load-profile review against your interval data
  • Three-phase inverters and export limiting
  • Distributor applications and connection paperwork

Battery storage & backup

New hybrid systems and retrofits to arrays that are already up. Where you want the lights and the fridge to survive an outage, we wire a dedicated backup circuit and show you exactly what it will and will not carry.

  • Hybrid, AC-coupled and DC-coupled options compared
  • Essential-loads circuit designed with you
  • Siting for heat, ventilation and clearances

Servicing, testing & fault-finding

Scheduled servicing and one-off callouts, including on systems we did not install. Most of what we find is unspectacular — a failed isolator, a corroded connector, a tripped MPPT — and cheap to fix once it is actually diagnosed.

  • String voltage, insulation and earth testing
  • Isolator, connector and cable-run inspection
  • Array cleaning and written condition report

Monitoring & performance reviews

Getting monitoring configured properly, then reading it. If your system is quietly producing less than it did two summers ago, the data usually says why before anyone climbs a ladder.

  • Inverter portal and app set-up on your devices
  • Per-string and per-MPPT output comparison
  • Underperformance diagnosis in plain language

Off-grid & standalone power

For blocks past the end of the network, or where a connection quote makes standalone power the cheaper answer. Sized around a genuine daily energy budget and the worst week of the year, not the best.

  • Daily load budget worked through appliance by appliance
  • Autonomy sizing for overcast winter runs
  • Generator integration and auto-start where required
Scope and paperwork

What comes with every installation

A solar install is an electrical job with an administrative tail. We handle both, and we hand the documentation to you rather than leaving it in a filing cabinet.

  • Itemised quote naming every major component
  • Distributor connection application lodged on your behalf
  • Commissioning results and electrical safety documentation
  • Labelled isolators and an as-installed system record
  • Manufacturer warranty documents passed to you in full
Straight answers

What we will tell you before you ask

If your roof is the wrong orientation, if the switchboard has to be replaced first, if a battery will not pay for itself on your usage pattern, or if the honest recommendation is a smaller system than you came in asking for — you will hear it during the quote, in writing.

We do not doorknock, we do not run same-day pricing, and we do not quote a system we have not looked at.

Get it scoped properly

Tell us the property, the roof and what you are trying to achieve. We will come back with a design and an itemised price.
